Make your suggestions for Conception of the National system of qualifications
Confederation of employers of Ukraine jointly with the national experts of the European Training Foundation (European commission) developed the project of Conception of the National system of qualifications. All interested persons and organizations are invited to send to Confederation their remarks and suggestions for the project of Conception which will be worked out and taken into account during preparation of final formulation

The regional agreements are part of the system of the documents that regulate social and economic relations between the associations of the employees, employers and local authorities.
Regional agreements regulate the norms of social protection of the employees, and have higher that the General Agreement social guarantees, compensations and benefits. Regional agreement also takes into consideration the regional peculiarities.
The sides of the regional agreement are oblast associations of trade unions, employers and in majority of cases oblast state administration.
The Law does not differentiate clearly the differences between the structure of the branch and structure of the regional agreement. In the majority of cases they are alike:
- Norms and payment for the labor ;
- Minimum social guarantees, compensations, benefits in the sphere of labor and employment;
- Labor relations;
- Condition and protection of labor ;
- Communal, medical and cultural services;
- Recreation ;
- Wage increase;
The provisions of the regional agreement cannot worsen the conditions stipulated by the General Agreement.
