Make your suggestions for Conception of the National system of qualifications
Confederation of employers of Ukraine jointly with the national experts of the European Training Foundation (European commission) developed the project of Conception of the National system of qualifications. All interested persons and organizations are invited to send to Confederation their remarks and suggestions for the project of Conception which will be worked out and taken into account during preparation of final formulation

Confederation of employers of Ukraine and Institute of leadership, innovations and development, invite to participating in a project the «Social dialog as instrument of forming of corporate policy of modern enterprises of Ukraine»

The General Agreement is concluded between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine , all Ukrainian associations of employers organizations and all Ukrainian trade unions and their associations.
The authorities of the sides concerning the development and signing of the General Agreement are set forth in the Law of Ukraine On collective Agreements.
Te same Law stipulates the content of the General Agreement:
- Guarantee of labor and employment ;
- Minimum social guarantees of the payment for labor and incomes of all groups and layers of the population that will ensure the sufficient level of live ;
- Volume of the living minimum, minimum norms;
- Social insurance;
- Labor relations, working regime, vacations;
- Working conditions, protection of environment ;
- Satisfaction of the cultural needs of population;
- The condition of the increase of the wages and introduction of the inter branch correlation of the wages.
The provisions of the General Agreement have direct implication and are obligatory for all subjects that are within the sphere of activity of the sides that signed the agreement.
