The Law of Ukraine on Collective Agreements also envisages the conclusion of the branch agreements.

The sides to the Branch agreements are All Ukrainian branch associations of employers and trade unions and their associations of the respective level that has the rights sufficient for the collective bargaining, conclusion of the agreements and implementation of its norms.

The mentioned Law of Ukraine clearly defines the scope of the issues that are to be regulated by the branch agreement:

• Norms and payment for the labor ;
• Minimum social guarantees, compensations, benefits in the sphere of labor and employment;
• Labor relations;
• Condition and protection of labor ;
• Communal, medical and cultural services;
• Recreation;
• Wage increase;
• Stipulation of inter qualification correlations in the payment for labor .

The provisions of the branch agreement cannot worsen the conditions stipulated by the General Agreement.
