Social and Labor relations are key element of any economic system. The stable economy and social sector of the country, the development of industry of new technology level, regulated inflation and increase of the living standards of the population is based primarily on the cooperation of all parties of the social dialogue.
The dialogue between employers, state and trade unions are necessary for the implementation of the integrated policy in the sphere of social and labor relations and formation of efficient system of the protection of the interests of the participants of the social and labor relations.
The employers’ organizations are subjects of the labor law that represent and protect the interests of the employers on the national, branch and territorial levels.
The most important element of the regulation of social and labor relations, development of social dialogue, implementation of the constitutional rights and guarantees of the employers and employees is the practice of the conclusions of the General Agreements on the national level, branch agreements on the branch level, regional agreements on the regional level and collective agreements on the level of enterprises.
The Confederation of employers of Ukraine represent the interests and coordinated the activity of its members for the enhancement of the influence o the process of improvement of social and labor relations, formation of the social and economic policy and development of social partnership in Ukraine.
