Make your suggestions for Conception of the National system of qualifications
Confederation of employers of Ukraine jointly with the national experts of the European Training Foundation (European commission) developed the project of Conception of the National system of qualifications. All interested persons and organizations are invited to send to Confederation their remarks and suggestions for the project of Conception which will be worked out and taken into account during preparation of final formulation

Obligatory state social insurance funds :
The draft laws that will regulate the functioning of the medical insurance are under consideration of the Committee of the Parliament of the Ukraine on labor and social policy.
Funds are non commercial self-governing organizations (with the exception of the Pension fund that currently functions as body of central executive power and will be transformed to the non profitable self-governing organization).
The funds of the mentioned Funds are not part of the State Budget. The State guarantees the material provision and social services to the insured by the Funds persons as well as the stability of the functioning of the Funds.
The supervision over the due use of the funds and management of the funds are carried out on the tripartite parity basis by the representatives of employers, state and insured persons.
