National Tripartite Social and Economic Council is consultative body under the President of Ukraine and is composed of the representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, all Ukrainian trade unions and their associations, all Ukrainian associations of employers.
The main tasks of the National Tripartite Council are:
- Promotion of the c of the sides of the social dialogue concerning the further development of the social, economic and labor relations, conclusion of the agreements that would regulate such relations;
- Development and submission for the consideration of the President of Ukraine of the proposals concerning the formation and implementation of the state social and economic policy
