Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is the central body of executive power of Ukraine that exercise the ownership rights on the objects that are in a state property and is one of the biggest employers of the country.
At the same time the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is a party to the General Agreement.
In accordance with Constitution in the sphere pf social relations the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
Ensures the implementation of financial, fiscal, investment and tax policy, policy in the sphere of labor and employment of population, social protection, education, science and culture, protection of environment, economical security and use of natural resources;
Develops and implements the national programs of economic, scientific, social and cultural development.
