Confederation of employers of Ukraine jointly with the national experts of the European Training Foundation (European commission) developed the project of Conception of the National system of qualifications. All interested persons and organizations are invited to send to Confederation their remarks and suggestions for the project of Conception which will be worked out and taken into account during preparation of final formulation

Joint representative body of the Employers side

The Joint Representative Body is created on the 27th of June 2006 in accordance with Agreement, signed by the following employer’s associations:

  • All Ukrainian Association of the Oblast Organizations of Employers in the Sphere of Telecommunication and Information Technologies
  • All Ukrainian Association of Oblast Organizations of Employers in the Sphere of Construction, Design and Architecture  
  • All Ukrainian Association of Oblast Organizations of Employers of the Enterprises of Metallurgical Complex - Federation of Metallurgists of Ukraine
  • Association of organizations of employers of medical and microbiological industry of Ukraine
  • All Ukrainian Association of Employers “Confederation of Employers of Ukraine”
  • All Ukrainian Association of Organizations of  Employers of Automobile Transport

The main task of the Joint body is consolidation of the actions and protections of interests and rights of its members in the relations with the parties of the social dialogue. 

Joint representative body of the trade union side

The Joint representative body of the all Ukrainian trade unions and trade unions’ associations is created for the collective bargaining, signing of the General agreement for the new term and for the provision of its implementation and supervision over its implementation.

The Joint Representative Body is created in accordance wit the part 1 of the article 3 and part 3 of the article 4 of the Law of Ukraine On collective agreements.
