Joint representative body of Employers side at national level (here-and-after JRBE) was established on July 7, 2009 through entering into respective Agreement. For the February 1, 2010 JRBE involves all of 21 Ukrainian associations of employers’ organizations registered by Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

Presidium is the governing authority of the Joint Representative Body of the Employers Side at National Level.
