To the day of Independence of Ukraine in Kyiv an event within the framework of the project «Patrons of art - to the museums of Ukraine» will take place

 Federation of employers of Ukraine together with the International Art-center “Patron” begins the joint charity project “Patrons of art – to the museums of Ukraine”. The first event will take place on August, 19, 2010, in 18:30, in the National museum of Taras Shevchenko in Kyiv (Kyiv, bul. Tarasa Shevchenko, 12)
The primary objective of the project is the addition of the displays of museums of Ukraine by the works of the modern Ukrainian art.
The idea of the project appeared due to the fact that almost 25 years museums of Ukraine were not filled up by the works of art of the modern authors. This situation demonstrates the secondness of the culture in our society. This project, sure, will turn the attention of our society not only to the Ukrainian art but also to the names of patrons of art as to the representatives of the cultural elite of the country. In fact, exactly such personalities must form and are already, forming the attitude of the society toward the enormous and unique cultural potential of Ukraine.
Central event of the reception on August, 19 will be an exhibition of collection of Ukrainian masters of the modern painting, sculpture and artistic glass. This collection is formed by high-professional art experts-critics. The level of the presented work of the Ukrainian artists answers the world level of modern art.
