Renewed work on the revision of the project of Law of Ukraine "On making alteration in the Law of Ukraine "On organizations of employers"

 Employers renewed work on the revision of draft of Law of Ukraine "On making alteration in the Law of Ukraine "On organizations of employers", brought in by MP O. Shevchuk (#2619)
Foremost it is related to the certain challenges which took place lately, namely, bringing in on the second reading of the draft "On social dialog in Ukraine", draft of the Labour code of Ukraine, existing of drafts which regulate activity of self-regulated organizations, draft of a law on lobbying etc. Under such circumstances, the draft must conform between themselves, in order to avoid differences in enforcement of legal norms.
Also, there was accepted the decision about the necessity of making alterations to the Law of Ukraine "On collective agreements" in part of conduct of collective negotiations about the conclusion of the General treaty on the trilateral basis.
