During the conference its participants underlined that development of effective measures on development of national economies is possible only under condition of permanent consultations with social partners; today the competitiveness of human at the labour market is determined foremost by his capacity for the change of profession, in-plant training; the system of education must be oriented on the necessities of labour market.
