The Association is registered in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “ On organizations of Employers” on 2nd of December 2005.
Management:
The Chairman of the Association: Volodymur Kozyr
Executive Director: Yuriy Prygarovsky
Governingbodies:
The General Assembly of the Association – supreme governing body that exercise the general management of the Association and is responsible of the vitally important decisions ( changes to the Statute of organization, definition of the directions of the development of organization)
The Board of the Association is responsible for the day to day functioning of organizations between the General Assemblies.
The members of organization – 16 oblast organizations of employers in the sphere construction architecture and design. The membership is based on branch approach. the Activity of the association covers all territory of Ukraine.
