In this process the role of the professional organizations (organizations of employers) that put as a goal the protection of the interests of the business   in relations with state and trade unions becomes crucial.   

The organizations of employers in fact are the only organizations that are authorized to be mediators between the state and business that are guaranteed by the right of such organization to enter the dialogue with authorities, to protect and promote the competitive business.

The Confederation of Employers of Ukraine actively supports and initiates the actions aimed at promotion of the competitiveness of the national business.
