The structure of Confederation is built in branch approach. The Confederation of employers of Ukraine unites all Ukrainian branch association of employers created in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On organizations of Employers”. 

All Ukrainian branch associations united the oblast (regional) organizations of employers of the respective branch.

The oblast (regional) branch organization unites the enterprises of the respective branch.

The enterprise enters the structure of the Confederation of Employers of Ukraine through the membership in the oblast branch organizations of employers and all Ukrainian branch association of employers – member of the Confederation.
