The Principles of Functioning of Confederation / About Confederation

Self-governance
Confederation of Employers of Ukraine follows the principles of democratic governance. All members of the Confederation have equal rights in the resolution of any matters concerning the functioning of the Confederation.

Independence

The Confederation of Employers of Ukraine is independent from any political parties and movements.

The Confederation does not participate in any political activities, political party or political movement

Democracy

The Statute of Confederation envisаges the equal rights of all its members, freedom of membership and annual rotation of the President of confederation

Freedom of participation

Any all Ukrainian branch association of employers created in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On organizations of employers can become a member of Confederation of Employers of Ukraine and has the right to stop its participation in the organization.

Relevance

The Confederation of Employers of Ukraine functions in accordance with the declared principles and tasks among which the most important is the enhancement of the competitiveness of the domestic enterprises, representation and protection of interests of employers in implementation of the economic and tax policy in relations with state monopolies, social and labour relation s.

Branch approach

The Confederation is built on branch approach which envisages that the members of The Confederation preserve the independence and delegate part of their rights to Confederation.
