Make your suggestions for Conception of the National system of qualifications
Confederation of employers of Ukraine jointly with the national experts of the European Training Foundation (European commission) developed the project of Conception of the National system of qualifications. All interested persons and organizations are invited to send to Confederation their remarks and suggestions for the project of Conception which will be worked out and taken into account during preparation of final formulation

- Confederation is a legal entity that has a status of all Ukrainian association of organizations of employer’s of Ukraine and functions on the territory of Ukraine in accordance with legislation and its Statute.
- Confederation in non for profit association of employes that unites the organizations of employers on the basis of freedom of participation and equality
- All Ukraininan branch associations of employers established in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On organizations of Employer’s can be the members of Confederation.

- Executive Direction of Confederation
The General Assembly of Confederation defines the main spheres of activity of Confederation
The Board of the Confederation exercises the control over the activities in accordance with the programs and plans developed and approved by the General Assembly
The President is elected by the General Assembly for the period of one year from the members of the Board of the Confederation. The President of Confederation cannot be the member of the Parliament, leader or member of any political party, civil servant of any level, leader or member of elected body of trade union of any level.
Executive vice-President of Confederation is a chief executive officer of Confederation and works on a permanent basis. The Executive vice-President is elected by the General Assembly of Confederation for 5 years period and represents the Confederation in relations with state authorities, non-governmental organizations, etc. Executive vice-President coordinates and manages the functioning of Executive Direction and is responsible for financial and economical activity of Confederation.
