The General Assembly of the Confederation is main governing body of the Confederation that sets the priorities of the Confederation, approves and introduces the changes and amendments to the Statute of Confederation, elects the top management of Confederation, elects the members of Revision Commission, approves the order and the list of the responsibilities in social an economic sphere the members of Confederation delegate to Confederation.
The Board of the Confederation is governing body of the Confederation that exercise the control over the functioning of the Confederation in accordance with the programs and plans approved by the General Assembly of Confederation. The Board is chaired by the President of Confederation and is composed of vice-Presidents of Confederation, members of the Board that are representatives of the members. The Board approves the Strategy of the development of Confederation, define main direction of activities of Confederation, form the position of Confederation in its relations with trade unions, bodies of state authority, bodies of local self-government in the sphere of regulation of social, labor and economic relations, coordinates the activities of the member organizations, provide expertise of the legal acts in the spheres of interests of members of Confederation, approves the list of representatives of Confederation for the collective bargaining on the national level and for the participation in the tripartite bodies.
The President of Confederation is a chief executive officer of the Confederation. The President of confederation is elected by the General Assembly of Confederation from the members of the Board of Confederation for the period of one year. The President of the Confederation cannot be peoples deputy, leader or member of the governing body of political party, civil servant or employee of the local self-government body, leader or member of the elected body of the trade union of any level. The President of Confederation represent the Strategy of the development of Confederation, signs the General agreement between representatives of trade unions, representatives of employers and representatives of Government, represent the Confederation before any third party including the state authorities, authorities of the Republic of Crimea and local self-government, organizes the work of the Board of Confederation and is responsible for the implementation of its decisions, represent Confederation on international level.
The executive vise-President is a chief executive officer of Confederation that works on the permanent basis. The executive vise-President of Confederation is elected by the General Assembly of Confederation for the period of 5 years and represents the Confederation in its relations with state authorities, NGOs, organizes and coordinates the work of the executive direction and is responsible for the financial.
Executive direction of the Confederation
Executive direction of Confederation is an administrative body of Confederation that functions on the permanent basis. The executive direction is responsible fo the preliminary work with associations of trade unions, representatives of state authorities and local self government aimed at signing the General Agreement, development of the proposals for Board and preparation of the General Assembly, development and submission for the consideration of the Board of the proposals concerning the establishment of Commissions, Committees, and working bodies of Confederation, cooperation with mass media and presentation of the results of the functioning of Confederation, etc.
Revision Commission
Controlling body of Confederation that is elected by the General Assembly of Confederation for the period of 5 years. The revision commission exercise control over the implementation of the Budget of Confederation, formation and use of property, financial and economical activities of Confederation. Members of the Board of confederation cannot be members of the Revision Commission.
