What benefits the owner can get from the membership in the organization of employers?

First. The possibility to conduct the dialogue through the legitimate representative organization that unites the interests of the employers and whose opinion cannot be ignored.

Second. The organization of employers as an organization with special status stipulated in the Law of Ukraine On Employers Organizations can protect the rights and interests of the members in their relations with trade unions, state authorities, bodies of local self government in the of social, labor and economic spheres.

Third. Representatives of the organizations of employers can be delegated to the collegiums of the oblast state administrations, different advisory bodies under the President of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Supreme Council of Ukraine, different ministries and state institutions, State Tax administration, National Tripartite Council, etc. They can also be delegate to the governing bodies of the obligatory state social insurance system on the different levels and influence the policy making.

Forth. The organization of employers can represent the interests of the employers in the collective bargaining and signing the collective agreements on the different levels. All signing parties to the mentioned agreements namely state, employers and trade unions undertake the commitments in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On Collective agreements. Such situation allows to take into account and protect the interests of employers in the provisions of the collective agreements and monitor their implementation.

Fifth. The organization of employers can provide assistance to its member during the collective bargaining and signing of the collective agreement, during the labor conflict and if necessary to represent its interests in court. Organization of employers can also provide assistance in training of the personnel, in-service training, management training, improvement of working conditions, etc.
