The Confederation of Employers of Ukraine (Confederation) was created on 20 of July 2006 in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On organizations of Employers of Ukraine”.
Ministry of Justice of Ukraine issued a formal registration of the Confederation on 19 of September 2006.
The Confederation is non-for-profit organization that unites all Ukrainian branch organizations of employers.
The Confederation functions on the principles of legality, freedom of participation, equality of its members, independence, self-governance and responsibility of the obligations undertaken.
The main goal of the Confederation is representation and protections of the interests of it’s members (employers and theirs associations) in the economic, social, labor and other relations.
The Confederation is built on branch approach which envisages that the members of The Confederation preserve the independence and delegate part of their rights to Confederation.
The Statute of Confederation prohibits political activity. The Confederation cannot be chaired by the people’s deputies of any level, leaders of political parties of leaders of trade unions, civil servants. The annual rotation of the top management of the organization is envisaged.
